I am Ian Craig. I run raid nights, keep the roster tidy and note what really helps a group show up on time and leave in a good mood.
I do not theorycraft and I do not stream. I am the person who sends the reminder message, builds the signup sheet and says “two minutes, please” more often than I would like.
What I care about
- A clear plan before the first pull
- Honest signups, even when the answer is no
- Short, calm raid nights that still get things done
The posts on this site are my notes from running real groups. Some are practical, some are just stories from nights that went sideways. If you want to join a roster, start with the Join Our Crew page.
